DEFINITIONS
Yoga is an ancient

and self-acceptance. It builds awareness of your body, your feelings,

balance and creates a toned, flexible, and strong body.
Hatha Yoga is a branch of yoga that focuses on
physical postures (asana) and breathing practices (prayanama).
The art of blending the two together can bring about many mental
and physical benefits. Hatha is the choice of yoga among Nurture
Yoga Studio’s certified teachers.

ZUMBA
Burn 600-1000 calories in just ONE HOUR. You will be constantly
moving to upbeat music and having a blast while you whittle away
inches. Your instructor guides you through short routines that
are easy to follow. Zumba combines rythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow.
Music selections inclue both fast and slow rythms to help tone and sculpt the body.

MEDITATION
Meditation is a time of quiet reflection when the mind is still
and silent. It is a great technique for relaxing and finding your
center. Meditation helps to balance the mind, body, and spirit.
